a lot of manhwa here are novel adaptations, you can read a bunch of novels on novel updates you just have to sign up to see the links. If you can't find it on novelupdates you can search up the name of the novel online and it might pop up. One of my favs is December rn
As the comment above me said, if there's an English translation it's going to be on Novel Updates 99% of the times. Sometimes if you search "name" + "MTL" you can find them machine translated. If there's no English translation you can almost always find the korean raws of the novel on b00ktoki (with "o" instead of "0") and just MTL yourself, it's not that bad once you get used to it
