My theory is that seme messed up uke so uke would be unable to work without him on his life but something happened. Uke said something that broke seme control and he fled thinking making distance ignoring uke would make uke suffer and now he is back trying to see if he can brake him again with a new foundation so he can control uke permanently.
That explains why he constantly evaded the question of why he is back. Because if he says it was for uke it will make uke just move un so keeping the question makes uke still come back to him.
