He's weak because it's ZHENYA. Zhenya just overpowers him, Zhenya's strength is beyond human strength, a psycho at best that's why, Taekjoo seems weak here but he's not. You will find out how strong he is if ever he gets to escape the island
In a lot of yaoi manhwa they do this where the bottom could literally be known as the strongest in their field or basically superman but they still kinda write them as weak and losing fights. Probably bc they like to show the seme overpowering them or maybe just to show that they need the seme to protect them but sometimes it really is confusing for their supposed character
Though in this story's case I think they're going for everyone else could be as strong as a normal human can be but zhenya is just built different or smthing. But yeah they do show a secret agent as a little too weak
