Okay so in the novel they never really make the revelation of elliot being the author like a big thing, when the duke finds out elliot is the author of the book and whatnot nothing much even happens it's like oh okay cool , as for elliot writing the letters to the duke , the duke already knew that! And elliot sees the duke re-reading the letters and he thinks it's bc duke likes blue twink but it's actually bc the duke likes elliot , there's gonna be a lot more action going forth and baldie darling dies pretty early on
Elliot has a dream later on and he sees himself in the other world and in that world he died , but he's happy here bc he had to suffer there a lot and work like a million jobs , but here he's happy with the duke , also about The misunderstandings there's gonna be a lot more as well , like the duke and blue hair twink make a deal , it has something in regards to the duke withdrawing from the #1 handsome man position as talked in the starting of the manhwa and elliot misunderstands it as something else
There's also a lot of kidnapping trope and some pretty nasty stuff happens to elliot bc of suprise suprise suprise that tall dark blue hair butler guy (I'm forgot him namee I'm sorry) but it was only bc he didn't want the duke to be harmed and whatnot

So elliot dies at the end bc of the kings son who's a maniac , and the duke goes crazy mental and kills everyone and destroys everything , but somewhere before this when elliot was trying to save the duke who was on the verge of death , he gets a coin from the magic lady at the store and that coin activates later in the story when elliot dies , it turns back time and the duke saves elliot successfully and makes elliot his queen
