Help me find this bl

Okay so it’s abt this guy who lives alone in an apartment, he owns a cactus that’s pretty significant because his brother that passed away gave it to him, he hasn’t left the house and gets food delivered by a woman who I think was his brothers gf, anyway because of his brothers passing he tries to kill himself, but he is always interrupted by the same guy breaking into his house, and he eventually moves in with him cause like doesn’t want him to die, and as time passes the guy who tried to khs gets more agitated w the burglar because he keeps using all of his brothers things, cups and his room (I think) but they move passed it I can’t remember, then the burglar gets a job as a model and starts hanging out with his fellow lady model and the guy who tried to khs gets jealous, basically all I remember.
