It’s seems like from what the demon said they refused death and entered the tower so something in the tower keeps them from permanently dying, but traps them in the loops of the destruction of wherever their floor is based on. Can I tag a reply as a spoiler there isnt a button? Well anyway, it seems like when their memories are recovered from the servers rejoining when their loop has ended that’s when they stop functioning like npc because they’re not trapped in the loop and instead they just seem like native tower residents from that point. Which makes the admin being such a dick so frustrating because his goal to have the tragedy loops ended (I think?) is happening SO JUST STOP BEING A PSYCHO

But I feel like the admins aren't gods
Seeing from the recent talk with kapil, gods prevented humans from playing god must be referencing to how the admins are controlling the tower residents fates/lives
It could be true that maybe the original purpose was to give the tower residents a happy ending or maybe a bad ending, but maybe because the ending we're made by the admins the floors never ends and kept looping
Every adventurers cleared the floors too but only empora was able to stop the loop
There really hasn't been any hint about why the floors stop looping so there's so many questions still left
Maybe this means we can look forward to alot more chapters hehehe >< heh
I think everyone (npc) in this tower has already passed away.
Me hypothesizing that the tower is a copy of a real separate world that perished by the catastrophic events that happened within the tower and the goal of the original tower is to give them a peaceful life atleast by summoning players to help them, but things gone awry , and admin is a god that couldn't let go of the ruined world.
