I literally hate this as a reader, not because its bad or anything, but because it hurts so much. From our perspective we know they love and care about each other deeply and just want them to hurry up and get back together. And I want to be mad at them for both being so dumb, but I can fully understand where they are coming from. Juheon has lived a life of people just using him left and right for their own advantages and Dohu has been told that he has no emotions since forever. So being faced with that in a relationship neither of them wanted to fully let go of, is so goddamn tough. Juheon doesnt think he can trust Dohu anymore after finding out the way he did. And Dohu doesnt seem to think he deserves Juheon enough to properly fight for it, let alone know how to (yet). I just hate seeing my babies this way, but it makes for such a great plot no matter how much im gonna cry over it. But please, I beg, I do not need any death scares or sacrifices so they can prove to each other they love one another. Let's just talk it out and make out.
