tbh i think the ppl saying this was lackluster or has loose ends has poor comprehension…. Haruna senpai being mysterious adds to his character, and also to his overall role in the story. Someone who is looking over them, figuratively and literally, as he’s a somewhat of a ghost, or an angel (as he would call himself) that can appear and disappear whenever he wants. He says he’s not a god and isn’t omnipotent but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have some kind of power. He’s able to do these things bc it’s a part of his constitution, but he’s not all-powerful. He literally explained that he shared some of his life force but his limit was 50 days.At the end of the day it wasn’t his story or his choices, it was up to the main two to decide what they wanted.
