This is exactly what i meant!! And its always harder and more miserable for the people who got left behind, not knowing what happened or why it happened. Yeonji doesnt even bave an idea why he left, is it because of him losing love? Or was it all a lie?
I believe him leaving yeonji who knows nothing is just as worse as breaking her heart. It doesnt matter if he is sick... If he really loves her, wouldnt he have thought how could yeonji feel of one day she woke up and he's gone without any explanation or anything?? Its worse than seeing your loved one pass away to be honest. Cause at least if you know that someone only has months to live, you can prepare yourself to say goodbye and be left alone. But what he did is really foul.
It's just...There's a vow in marriage "For better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health" they weren't married, but if he did want to spend his life with her, this vow should have been his attitude towards their relationship, he should have known how selfish it is to make a decision alone. While he did it for Haebeom's mom, he didn't consider if Haebeom's mom actually wanted that kind of consideration. Once you shut your partner out, it's game over.
