I feel the same way about fl. She can come off as thoughtless, just apathetic to the situation seeing it in ways that fit only her needs and false narratives. She casually jumps to conclusions over rational reasoning. I’ve seen this in other stories where the fl doesn’t bother to query why ml behaves the way they do and they just internalize it as if it’s always directed towards themselves. It really does get annoying. It makes the story less relatable, it doesn’t feel natural. Because just like you, my immediate irl response is to just ask lol What’s so hard about asking “why”? Just communicate XD I’m gonna get more ticked off if after she finds out about his story, she pulls out the “why didn’t you say so” ahh attitude T_T
Exactly! Like her attitude literally went to her throwing tantrums instead of communicating it calmly. She literally wants the ml to feel that it's his own fault by stopping the carriage and then what? Runaway and let the ml follow her and force him. It ticks me off so bad.. I was like: cmon girl, don't you see he is afraid about something and here you are getting mad about it... Like I hope she will know the reason first. It is indeed not feel natural. it seems force. i feel so sorry how he treats the ML as well.
And the fact that the ml was just warning her how the prince looks so sus, she literally gets mad and have this eccentric and self centered attitude. she doesn't listen and only thinks about herself and literally protect the guy.... and i am aware that they are just for contract marriage deal but still she she don't trust her husband at all so how can the ml trust her... and then if something dangerous came up she will for sure become apologetic like "i told you".... How come this is mutual agreement when the she don't do the same. The audacity
Kinda lowkey felt bad about the ml for real... Though we know its hard for someone to say something traumatic and we have this childish fl who thinks she can get it by acting bitchy all the time. i hope along the way of this story, she will learn how to be sensitive... And just communicate please... i am begging

Kinda lowkey hate her.. I mean she is kind of insensitive at times like this... i mean yeah, it's annoying that it looks like the ml hates being touched but does she ever think first "why?" Or ask him, like the guy in front of him looks so traumatic and here she is acting so bitchy.... The ml may find it hard to tell him because first of all he didn't trust her yet just like this FL doesn't trust him either like I know she is friends with that prince right but cmon, she trust that sus prince but at her point of view, she sees the ml as someone as a contract marriage partner as well. Maybe it is just me that instead of getting mad, I will ask the guy in front of me calmly... She gets mad all the time and kinda self centered at that.... For me... Lol anyway it's still a good read. Even though this fl is kinda annoying.
