So Hyesung was young and inexperienced at the start of the story. There was validity to his fear of being left behind with a kid given what happened to his mom. As older, the alpha and the one who know more about how it all worked, I do feel Dojin took advantage of Hyesung because of his complicated feelings. However, there is also something to be said about that scene of Hyesung climbing into Dojin's bed while in heat. I think there is nuance to this. Dojin didn't want to let Hyesung go because of his feelings, so he convinced him to have the kid, essentially baby trapping him. Hyesung, on the other hand, got blinded by Dojin's promises, which I really can't blame him. He was still an immature poor kid at the time, denying the fact he is an omega for reasons we all know. I don't blame him for running away after giving birth out of fear of ending up struggling alone with a child. It's better to leave Byul with Dojin since he has the means to take care of the baby.
As for his feelings for Dojin, I do think he does love him. Maybe not at first and maybe those feelings are also influenced by their bonding, but don't people eventually learn to love their partners even if they didn't like them from the start? I feel that was the case with Hyesung. The problem is he's a stubborn guy who seems not comfortable with showing affection or even saying it. And to be fair, the story is a bit lacking in the romancing part. But that's on the writer, not the characters.
Hyesung and Dojin have been together for years in Byul's story. They appear softer and more in love here, which unfortunately we didn't see. So even though I get people hating Dojin or Hyesung, I don't get the point in dwelling on that, especially since we all know the writer will just keep them together. I don't think there will be divorce happening no matter how we grumble about it lol
