It was a lie lol. Maybe it was sarcasm from the OG, because MC is a half-yokai and ML despises them and views them to be at the same level as or even lower than animals.
So by his own logic, he'd be enganging in zoophilia every time he has sex with the MC.
But he didn't know, MC was half-yokai when the sex started and at the end he changes his views on yokai in general and doesn't view them as animals anymore so there's that.
