I totally forgot the title but it's an omegaverse bl. It's fucked up where the main leads are both alphas but the mc got turned to an omega by some injected drug or technology by the male lead. The two also has some type of past in an orphanage and the mc has been looking for the ml not knowing he is already right in front of him at first.
