That's what I mean. Grey haired guy was an abusive piece of shit but the ML is 100 times worse. Both of them raped the MC, both of them beat him up but black haired guy also added in torture and seemed to enjoy it, which makes it worse. I'm just saying that there would have been a less damning way to make the black haired guy not likeable without making him an extreme sadist and doing that to MC. I don't see how the guy is redeemable with all the shit he has done, yet he looks like he's endgame which I hate. I'd rather MC just lives his own life at this point
There was no valid reason to include rape for the ml. Like, I understand if they brought rape in for the first grey haired guy, to contrast the probable gang life with the police life, but they should not have let the uke be raped by the black haired guy. Like I understand torture, he was basically a criminal for trying to kill that government officer and it was an interrogation by corrupt officers and whatnot, but there was no reason for the black haired guy to do that. Even the threat of rape would have been enough of a scare for the viewer to understand that the ml was a piece of shit, or interested in the MC, but the rape wasn't necessary.
