This manga nearing it's ending did uncover some real life issues of same sex relationships like how Souma asked questions to Hayato...and how the university dude said Souma gonna regret a relationship with a straight dude... because that's actually the real issues with same sex relationship for them acceptance is the first priority. I loved how Hayato's trauma made him sensible and vigilant towards fragile emotions of a delicate Souma. U see there's a quote from BL manga Umibe no estranger ( a guy loving a guy you see....there are so many things we can fear from but we choose love from all ) now that line still shatters my heart. I love people who dare to fall in love without any care of world.
