I am grateful to translators. I just wanted to ask why they translate it as ‘I am a gay’ as opposed to ‘I am gay’. Though the kr sentence structure may include ‘a’ the later reads better. Whenever I read ‘I am a gay’ it feels bad like the speaker/character hate themselves for being gay.
Edit: only brought this up because it’s the second or third time today that I’ve read ‘I am a gay’ which is… weird.
