I don’t understand the connection between Ian’s ritual and sunbae? pls tell me

it’s my interpretation only - but i see it as like a good luck kiss. every time he touches his tattoo, it reminds him not to give up and it gives him strength like a nice kiss :3

Ian basically tattooed Eunsan's name on his body which is a "snow-capped mountain" in meaning. Ian touches it, that part of his body that has that tattoo as his ritual, every time he's on the rink playing.

in simpler terms, he's treating Baek Eunsan as his God.
