It's a pretty cute manga, I liked it. Could have more of a plot than this, but alas! Sometimes a no-brainer is good too. I also honestly am not that compelled to either of the main characters but their awkwardness is cute in a kind of "pure," healing way? So yeah all in all I ended up enjoying myself anyway. Also, the fact Roku immediately asked Rui if he was fine after seeing that hickey?!?!? Love that for them. I think this is one of the only times this kinda shit doesn't spiral downwarda into a jealousy-and-miscommunication arc.
And speaking of Roku... people are being way too mean about him in these comments. He was an asshat to Rui during middle school, sure, and should've been more mature about things now that they're in uni (by which I mean he should've learned not to shove his mouth on people like that) but he's also not an unforgivable monster or sum. Just a well-meaning but ultimately kinda annoying guy at the start. Also, let's remember the "girl-stealing" thing was middle school!! He wasn't "sleeping around" or "hooking up" w no one they were tweens
