And to the gooners going on about how " b-but mc was the one who insisted on guiding ml!!" While he said no cuz of his trauma, mc too, has trauma of losing the only person ever that actually showed him even a tiny bit of humanity, the only one who showed him love, who cared for him, made him feel like a human and gave him freedom and maybe even loved him truly..... Mc lost him just cuz he couldn't physically guide that person, he died in his arms....so ofc he doesn't want that for anyone else, and wants to guide anyone he see, even ml.
