It didn't show in the manwha but mc is dump bcuz he was kidnapped, confined tortured and forced to pair with an abusive esper, (also sa'd) when he was just 14, so in the start of the manwha he escape not too long ago, hope that helps.
It kind of did show in the manhwa but he doesn’t outright say it so I guess you either catch on or don’t. Either way, I guess I learned that he didn’t really have the best upbringing but he still had a good heart. He also did catch on to Andante being an S class but he could never confirm it until later. I guess his choices make more sense.
How can Hyoseop be an S class when he can’t tell the guild are S class as well. I’ve only started reading so maybe it’ll be revealed later on. Also, Hyoseop seems a little dumb the way he’s questioning how can a C class force guiding when only S class can. bros DEFINITELY not a spy. Cant even connect two dots.
