Hyoseo didn't want whats his face killed, or at least didn't want the orca to kill that mf for his sake. The attack wasn't a white knighting thing, it was the orca emotionally venting out his anger and trying to stop the dude that kept Hyeoseo away from him. The orca's actions dont make Hyoseo happy or make him like him more, they literally make him afraid.

Hyoseo's trauma and bad experiences aren't only there so the orca can come save him, esp considering Hyoseo is afraid when the orca first makes a move on him bc hes traumatised. Plus the orca attacking one mf doesnt solve all of hyoseo's problems at work anyway.

I understand youve already dropped this story, but if you dont have the brain capacity to even read the text, let alone the subtext of a story i think you should just stop having opinions on anything ever <3
