They are already dating at this point, so yes, groping her in public is a bit much, but it's far from sexual assault, just a typical TPO - not everyone is comfortable with that kinda thing in that kinda setting. She even said "don't do it here", so the place is the problem, not the action. Even more so, when she realised there was meaning behind his actions, she had no qualms about it. I really don't see any problems here.
Thanks for the update! I know I’m in the minority but I’m enjoying the story for what it is. Which is an easy read I can just turn my brain off too. I also don’t think the MC or the ML are as bad as people make them out to be but that is my opinion everybody has their own which is fine! Was he a little much in front of the prince yeah but ya’ll are acting like this man is the worst thing that done walked on the planet. Also I’ve seen men grope their girlfriends or wives in public so I guess that’s why it didn’t bother me that much and before you asked yes those woman liked it and even put his hand their sometimes. But I know everybody has different preferences for example I hate all types of pda I know if it was me I couldn’t do more than holding hands and I’m not a hugger but I’m more on the extreme side because I don’t like when people touch me lmao. Overall I understand if people no longer saw him as a full on green flag but I wouldn’t put him at red or black like some others. How about a yellow or light yellow. I don’t know this is just my opinion.
