well I recommend you "Confined Together with the Horror Game’s Male Lead", it takes time to get there but he goes loco for sure, we talking self harm and kidnapping loco... Also "How About Cosmic Horror?", we don't know his full identity but the Ml is also crazy, and here its gaslight crazy mixed with supernatural being. Lastly I would recommend you "The Devil Raises a Lady", the Ml is giving yandere, overprotective and obsessed...I guess you'll like it (they all aren't "a little psycho" btw). Ive got tons like that so ask me anytime !

Someone please recommend me straight mangas/manhwas in which the ml is at least a little psycho, for example the ml in the third ending as a low bar, or the ml in dreaming freedom (free in dreams), or the ml in Mad Dog. I can’t find a straight read which has the same vibe as many BLs, I’m desperate . Thank you anyone who answers
