Although it is stupid to punch your partner without talking to them first or at least doing a bit more background checking, I understand why Chase slapped him. He felt cheated on. Also, they're not exactly in love yet. Just feeling horny for each other right now. Still, Chase is pretty stupid and he's easy to jump to conclusions, so I get why you're upset.
