Dude there is like so much??? I would literally be re-writing the novel, but here is a highlight reel:

Cousin Myung loses nearly all his qi energy (and nearly fell into qi diviation)
Aunt was the cause, she poisoned his qi concentrating medicines
It was exposed that she was the one who cause Yeon’s qi center to shatter
As punishment she had her qi center sealed and she was sent away (she later gets kidnapped)
Yeon’s mother is from the Demonic Clan, her maternal grandfather is the villain and head of the demonic clan (there is no familial bonds in the demonic clan)
Gyeok who Yeon meets at school is the Imperial Prince / Future Emperor (he offers Yeon protection via marriage but she rejects since she wouldn’t be able to use martial arts again)
Yeon’s maternal grandfather (villain/head of demonic clan) knows she regressed. Calls her the wayfinder (?). He is “bound” by fate but since Yeon has changed house of plays out in her regression, he’s no longer bound by fate and can act out
Ryuchung is the ML
There were talks of marriage between them but that fizzled out due to a bunch of plot stuff (don’t worry they’re married in the future)
Yeon becomes the next head of the Baengri Clan
Yayul returns at Grandpa Baengri’s 80th birthday with the Cheongsan Flame Lord who dropped him off and was like “I’m done with this kid”
Yayul’s mother was a prodigy who had been adopted into a family that abused her (and then Yayul).
The Hwang Clan Head (White haired boy) knows about Yeon’s regression and helps her out a lot. Yeon gives him the Divine Decree Suppression Pill (if you remember from the very first few chapters) to extend his life. He is the first to confess to Yeon and he was like “I’m not gonna live long to be with you so might as well know”

im sorry but RYUCHUNG IS THE ML?? i thought it'd be Yayul omg. Doesn't he also have feelings for Yeon? What happens to them?

I haven’t finished the novel yet. Yeon supposes that Yayul’s feelings are more akin to an imprint, like a duckling. Yeon doesn’t have much romantic feelings to any of the male leads much, she’s really in her own zone and motivated to help her Dad. She tends to like Ryuchung cause he understands her more.
