He literally set him up for this and borderline encouraged him to sell his body as a way to belittle him and convince him that the doctor’s actions were ok. But then someone else does the exact same thing after drugging him against his will and that’s his response. At least the author was thorough with him being absolute trash. Readers will hate him from beginning to end I guess. No redemption arc will ever be strong enough to convince anyone that he can be forgiven
