Another theory I have is the maybe it's not actually Bada at all? Bada mentioned earlier that he didn't know where he was since he bolted away after seeing the other character (forgot his name) so why was he able to come back to where he was before that? Then again, he is pretty smart but the panel of him standing with his face obscured right as he appeared in front of Doha is just so dang sus zjsjkaka
