He said he had to use artificial incubator once he's around 5 months so maybe like c-section? Only when transferring the baby to incubator?

i think it was explained as being impossible to go to full term or even viability in vivo, so the fetus will be surgically removed & put into an artificial womb to finish development (why pregnancy exists in a world with artificial wombs idk)
