Really it could be either or, i don’t really think this killer theme has skinwalkers or doppelgängers as it’s a slasher not horror sci-fi and the “cousin” seems totally petty enough to toss his cassette tape in the forest where he’d think nobody would willingly go and even if they do they won’t wonder off the trail. Bada finding his way wouldn’t be hard emafyer that since he spent so many games for who knows how long in that world and been to Every map and then some trying to search for clues willingly. But then again like I said I don’t really know, I guess we will have to wait another week or two
