How to grieve a loved one?

Yesterday my younger cousin passed away, she had a blood disease. I've been crying all day, my eyes hurt so much. It's hard to believe that she's gone. Please give me some tips if you have any.

Hi. I'm just gonna draw from my own experience. I wish i could say it gets better...but it never does, it just .. becomes duller, if you know what I mean. Life will go on-- and we will learn to live without them, then something random and small will come out, remind us of them and suddenly it's a fresh wound again.

No tip except time will heal things. Had to deal with two people passing away this year and even now- i think about it time to time and i think i always will. Sometimes- you will want everything to go back to how it was or except them to walk back in or contact you but it’s over.
It’s not as bad as it was back then but let yourself know it’s okay to cry and express yourself. Take care and let your emotions flow, let them out. I used to read what people wrote on Reddit and there were some really nice advice/experiences shared there.
May your cousin rest in peace.

Hello, I can't give any tips coz I myself don't know how to process grief either, but as someone who's also lost a loved one, I just cried and cried until I couldn't anymore, I was still grieving and sad but life still went on so I knew I had to go with it. It takes time.
In the meantime, allow yourself to cry, and express ur grief. U can try to distract yourself by doing ur hobbies and stuff. It's still gonna be sad whenever u think about them, but in time it will be better.
