At first, I thought prosecutor would be fine considering his living conditions and he's willing to change for MC but turns out, he's only using MC and is even blackmailing him. Plus the fact that his mom doesn't want MC would be too detrimental and won't give MC a happy family which is very important.
Now, I rather have MC be with ML as what I saw in the recent chapters that they've been through tough times already together and that I know white haired dude will do anything for MC just to give them a good life and happy family is so worth it. Just like wedding vows, for better or for worse. For richer or for poorer.. as long as both of you stays strong and help out each other, everything will eventually work out.
