Tbh he was going to rot in prison anyway. They arlready have strong evidence against them. So him marrying him wasn't honestly such a bad deal if it meant protecting him,his baby, & his lover. You gotta take everything into in account. Plus the prosecutor felt bad afterwards so I dont think he really meant the threat it seem like a panic tactic to me to ensure his safety. Their marriage would have indeed protected him. I know Ya'll dont like the prosecutor but he honestly isn't a villain he might have shitty traits at times but so does everyone else in this story.
While I'm satisfied Prison Bae is the father I do feel sorry for the prosecutor I can tell he was starting to develop feelings for him and the child as well.If given the chance I really do feel like he could've been a good father and partner hopefully the author gives him so one to replace the ache in his heart.
