Violet probably (100% sure) got married off to someone else by her father's choice.
So even if she was devoted to Vincent, they would never happen if her father found out about Vincent's condition (blind)
it was mentioned that they're engagement was broken off, and in the newspaper, vincent got engaged with the princess. ╥﹏╥
Robert's surely is Violets son, I thought she is devoted to Vincent so I was a bit hesitant about Paula and Vincent relationship. I guess many things happened, sad for the loss :<
