I meant to upvote but I think I disliked.
Yes mc is very clueless and says anything but it is clear he has been dumped thrice (two times by ML) for no particular reasons. He tries to rationalize things by saying he doesn't care and blah blah. People are hating too much
It's kind of unfair to blame just the MC. The ML basically slept with him and suddenly dumped him twice, without any explanation. They are both at fault and just need to communicate.
