Babes Sylhan can't leave with Gjord. Gjord and his team are working on a bigger scale solution for Sylhan's problems, if Sylhan leaves with Gjord right now that would make them a target and all attention would be on them, because powerful people know that Sylhan should be the one sitting on the "throne" but they are doing their hardest to prevent that.
If Sylhan leaves with Gjord, all they have been working on during all this time would go to hell
