So, it's ending on December 19th. But did we catch up with Japan? Or do we still have long way to go? Since the volumes looks like a mess on here. What volume would be the last in Japan?

On MAL, it says that there are three chapters left and it’ll have 276 chapters, so yes, the scans are caught up. The official translation’s two volumes behind.
