yes, but only around ch 325 does he get some if his power back. the scene is cool though so it's worth the wait. and to correct the comment above, ch 325 is not the end of the novel. last I checked the novel had 560+ chapters so he gains his power at a reasonable pace.
and tbf the novel was more entertaining when mc was struggling bc of lack of power.
