Discuss BL with me ??

Hello all,

I’m jojo. I’m Indian and I’ve been reading BL+danmei for about 7 years now. I’m also a master’s student at LSE, UK and I have a research project due for one of my courses.

I will be looking at BL and the limits of categorizing BL as ‘good’ queer representation – exploring what ‘good’ even means and the relation that such representations have to sexuality, morality and legal demands such as equal marriage within the neo-liberal capitalist system. It’s still a WIP tbh!!!

I’d really like to just have an hour-long conversation about what BL means to you, what you like within the genre, how do you view BL etc. I want to hear you all rant about BL and your interactions with other BL readers on social media!!!

I will do these discussions in the next month. I’m thinking of both individual and group discussions, so if you’re interested in either of these, pls message me!!! I’ll share my email with you and I'll also need a signed consent form to prove that I’m doing this with real people!!
