Fatshaming

It's always sort of iffy when manga has character isekai into fat characters and make them lose weight, but I'm pretty okay with how this manga handles it. It's made pretty clear that the original character's weight and skin wasn't being blamed on a character flaw, just extenuating circumstances, and though there's a chubby heroine who also loses weight, I like that characters still treated her as cute before she lost weight. She lost weight to fit a noble society beauty standard, but it's clear that wasn't meant to be the universal beauty standard. The skincare advice is accurate to science, which is nice; I get annoyed at other stories where isekai character solves everything with ~magic herbs~ and raw soap (TERRIBLE for skin)

So, yeah, the fact the topic is addressed put me on guard, but this story is pretty ok. It'd be nicer if the chubby heroine could stay chubby, and if she was the only love interest. I really liked her.
