Idk if this is an unpopular opinion but I feel like hanuel entertaining anything with the 2nd ml would just prove micheol’s worries right and not progress the plot.
Excluding him supposedly “hurting” her in the past, 2 other reasons mincheol rejected her is how fickle hanuel’s feelings are to things in general and the possibility of their relationship being worse if they break up. He already thinks breaking up could damage their relationship forever, and haneul’s impulsive behavior where she goes through phases reinforces that idea.
So if she quickly moves onto the 2nd ml I feel like it would prove mincheol right in thinking that her feelings for him aren’t that deep idk.
