I thought they were just sex buddies. The guy was just a player. They never went out. It was just the brother yearning to be the only one. The guy wasn't a cheater, but he was pretty shitty by telling the brother he was better than the others while having sex. I am not arguing on his character because he was (╬￣皿￣) . The MC just assumed he was his boyfriend. Also it felt like the 2nd ML guy tried to hit on everyone from past life. Another part proving that they weren't together therefore not a couple was when 2nd ML said he wanted to settle down with a good guy.
