My theory is that yang ilwoo experienced physical abuse and CSA which is why his adoptive brothers were calling him a homo basrard. I also noticed that he also seems to have an aversion to physical touch, when it’s not initiated by himself. Eg, We can see in the beginning of the story that yang ilwoo only got physically violent with baekhee when baekhee grabbed him, and later on declines touching baekhee’s hand when he extended it, only to grab his sleeve. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
