Probably because he’s young and she assumes he would probably want kids one like she did but she can’t give him the future she wants, she felt like she was holding him back due to their age gap also so this makes sense
Haesoo remembers when the doctor tells her about being unable to have kids. She sees Taeha showing the teddy bear to a little girl, she gets angry sad and throws the teddy bear that Taeha gave her. Taeha tries to calm her down but she leaves.
