Yes that’s awful but like at the same time he’s honest with himself and how creepy he is and it’s known by fl and she still chose to stay, but shoma justified his actions while knowing he did wrong by playing the “I only did it bc… I’m not the bad guy here you are!” Like at least admit you were wrong don’t be a creep and play victim. If he doesn’t tell her in later chapters that he almost graped her that would be the difference. That he knew what he did was wrong and still pretend that he didn’t do anything wrong.
