That could be a rumor and if she was really interested she would find out by contacting him. He wouldn't of confessed to her if he was dating another chick.
stop saying she isn't romantically interested in dohwa, she clearly is- her demeanor changed when she learned he might have a gf and then she follows the rumour to see if it's true. If she felt nothing at al for him she would still invite him but since she thinks he has a gf she doesn't. I don't think she LOVES HIM but she is very clearly INTERESTED
