Can you tell me what's the difference because I didn't watch the anime nor I read the novel
I agree..i keep coming back here checking as I was a bit confused. Even the scene where she coughed up blood is different. Haven’t read the novel though.

In the anime, the only thing that's the same as the manhwa are the character names because the story is totally different.
