Am I missing something????? Am I the only one supporting juheon lol? He literally was used and tried to move on but continues to be dragged back to the past and hurt by the one he gave his whole heart to.

I mean, I get how he's still mad about what happened, I'll try avoiding meeting the person who left a bad memory on me as well, but let's be real. Dohu was right when he called Juheon pathetic. What he did was a pathetic move indeed. Like, who does he think he is to demand that from Dohu? If he really doesn't wanna see Dohu, quit the role instead of making someone quit their job just for his comfort.

Doing that to Dohu was so immature of him as well. Dohu kept trying to become normal, even working like a normal person. His friends said atleast now he was functioning like a human, so what was he like before he got that job? So how dare Juheon try and make Dohu quit that job?

Dohu quite literally said if it wasn’t for Juheon, he’d quit the job right away so him being there has nothing to do with him NEEDING or wanting the job. Realistically being a rookie actor and getting a role as big as this one isn’t easy to drop and let go of, that’s why he haphazardly resorted to asking dohu to quit first. Following this we’ll see what other ideas juheon comes up with but you can’t deny that it hurts seeing your first love everyday almost taunting you will your past wounds and feelings.

Am sorry I might have missed something but can you tell me, where does Dohu use Juheon. Because after they got over the whole fuck buddies situation, am pretty sure they both shared genuine feelings for each other. At some point I remember Dohu even telling Juheon, he used him as inspo for his character.
Can you pls point me to the chapter where he is malicious using him bc I genuinely want to understand why he feels so wronged by Dohu, it feels like am missing something.

Because I think at this point, it's just disproportionate retribution. If someone ghosted me for 4 years and pretending not to know me, I would expect a far more bigger sin than just wanting to use someone as an inspiration to write a book. Dohu's life after Juheon left him was a mess. He barely functions as person, smokes heavily, barely eats and sleeps, having constant nightmares, he even stops writing. Despite this, Juheon only cares about protecting himself, understandably because of his deep trauma, but Dohu absolutely does not deserve to be treated like this. The last thing Juheon could accuse Dohu is Dohu not caring about him.

The whole first arc was dohu being with Juheon to get ideas for his character and story. He even says multiple times that he can leave juheon whenever he wants and that his feelings are not deep (which was what really got to me). The idea that dohu was with juheon not because of sincere feelings, but for mere inspiration was what hurt juheon in the first place after he placed trust in dohu and told him about his childhood trauma. It also held him back from believing Dohu held any true feelings for him (again, trauma from his parents). There was miscommunication, or, lack thereof, but Dohu’s initial approach to the relationship made it feel like Juheon’s feelings towards him were one-sided and the whole relationship was fake. So it’s hard to pinpoint one exact chapter, since it was accumulated over multiple chapters.

LOUDER SISTER Juheon ghosting Dohu for this such reason, knowing how Dohu is, is just extremely cruel as someone who claimed to love him

It feels like Juheon has a bigger misunderstanding, just my theory but when he went through Dohu’s computer he might have found reasons to believe that Dohu is his stalker. And believes he might have gone digging into his traumatic past just to use as material for his story. That is reason enough to break him.

That’s a true point! And I do think it’s valid, it’s just that dohu himself probably did not know how big of an impact it would have on him. Now, Juheon doesn’t know dohu lived his life like that after he left him, so it’s understandable that he thinks it’s just another one of dohu’s ploys/whims that’s making dohu act like this. Honestly I don’t even know if juheon understands WHY dohu is acting like this, or can’t accept the fact that dohu really loves him due to his past actions or even dohu’s personality. I think juheon is just confused and his fight or flight instincts are kicking in.

This is why you should never take Dohu's thoughts at face value. Dohu is an unreliable narrator. He does not understand himself nor his emotions well. Instead, you should look at his action. Dohu has done a lot of things contrary to what he thought what his feelings were. For example, Dohu doesn't even bother to fight back his bullies or when people badmouth him, but he confronted the people who badmouth Juheon. This is all before Juheon even kissed him. Juheon meant a lot to Dohu, hence why he constantly finding excuses to keep being by Juheon's side, before he finally recognized his feelings. He is that slow. Juheon is understandly unable to trust Dohu due to his trauma, but seeing how Dohu's life completely falls apart after Juheon left him, pretty much everyone but Juheon himself can see how much Juheon meant to Dohu.

Dohu’s personality is his biggest enemy, tho it might have been what made him charming in the beginning. It does make sense if he thinks Dohu is following him around like he used to while they were in college. Honestly I can’t wait to see how the story is gonna to come together. I wish it had a novel. IMO but so far this story is really well written.

I don't blame Juheon for feeling that way. After all, his trauma cuts deep. He has the right to protect himself, and unlike us the readers, he doesn't know what Dohu has gone through. However, this is also precisely why people defended Dohu. We see his thoughts and his struggle. Dohu has suffered enough.

You bring up a good point, Dohu protected Juheon from his bully and that’s what got them closer in the first place but when Dohu himself was getting bullied he just sat that and took it, saying whatever the bullies were saying was true instead Juheon got mad on his behalf and told him to never to say that about himself. He knows how selfless he can be, surly he doesn’t think it was all an act. Juheon knows Dohu’s personality very well. Make me wonder how deeply betrayed he must have felt to overlook all his kindness.
