The needle too.. it looks so painful

its not impossible, the human body is very strong and resistant, especially since these things arent done by random everyday people (or at least shouldnt be done by them) but by people with medical expertise for these things (same for needle play)

I think the needle not that bad considering there is acupuncture.

But the gravitational force on the person weight tho
