It hasn’t been revealed yet! Here’s my speculation; after the seme and uke graduated highschool they went to college together. They probably moved in together and were in a secret relationship. It’s deeply hinted that the dad is either verbally or physically abusive and has high expectations for the seme.

The seme likely experienced a mental decline because of this and broke up with the uke. The uke then exposed the semes sexuality to his dad. Then the seme dropped out of college and did his military service. Shortly after he met his wife and married, likely to reassure his father.

Now where we currently are, the seme hasn’t told his father that he’s getting divorced.
