i see him going back to that bed-rotting scenario he did in the og story. then dojin and byul will blame themselves. i also see a confrontation w his mom. he might lash out on her and it becomes a huge thing. my only fear is hyesung losing his "inner peace" self and revert to his old attitude in the story

I'm almost certain the author won't be able to resolve this situation well. Hyesung will probably forgive his mother because of this whole story and, if anything, will even apologize to Byul, even though he's the only one in the right in this whole situation.
